What we collect
When you visit this site, our web server automatically records technical access data: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested URL, HTTP status, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, and your browser/OS identifier (user agent). That is all.
We set no cookies, run no analytics or tracking, and embed no third-party content — every resource on this site, including fonts, is served from our own server, so visiting it triggers no requests to anyone else.
Purpose and legal basis
Server logs are processed to operate the site reliably and securely and to diagnose and defend against abuse — our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Storage and processors
This site is served from a server operated for us by Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (data center: Falkenstein, Germany), acting as our hosting provider and processor. Server logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days at the latest. Your data does not leave the EU.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us that is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI).
For any privacy request, one e-mail is enough: contact@rayspec.dev.
